The kids love them, I take and make them up a day ahead and them let them set out for about 30 min. then I put them in the proofer for another 15 m in.  and they rise so nicley and then I spray them with the garlic and butter spray, and that gives them the shiney look.  I had on of my special students , who is in a wheel chair and doesn't talk much, but he ask for me yesterday , just to give me a thumbs up on the pepperoni rolls.
