UPDATE - Monday 4/11/11

Hello! We are gearing up for summer recipe testing and would like your input. Please let us know on the table below if there is a recipe that you would like to see tested/improved so that it can be included in future menus. Ideas for NEW menu items are always welcome!

Products we're looking at:

• Breaded Turkey patties (Jennie-o)
• "Nacho Flavor"" Pollock Fish Sticks (breaded)
• "Fajita Glazed" Pollock Filets (non breaded)
• Whole Grain Biscuit (Pioneer Brand - we will have some on hand after spring break)
• IMPORTANT>> Blind taste test with Mashed Potatoes (Idahoan vs Excel) FYI Excel costs $8 more per case!
• We have a broker rep who wants to come to a school to sample new Uncle Bens WG Flavored Rices, and taste test some new Asian <powdered> Sauce Mixes. >>She would pass out the samples.

Cafe Favorites has a line of IW sandwiches that are currently stocked at Labatt.
If any MS or HS would like to try them in your snack bar, let Andrea know and we can get you some to try.
